Film Financing Art of Manifesting 3/6 & 3/27 Description
This class is based on my seminar “The Art of Manifesting:Creating your Future” and is broken into two parts. We set your goals and your purpose as an artist in the first class and gain an understanding of how to change your thinking to create a stronger mind set for attracting and manifesting what you need. I help you via email to clearly define your goals. Then you create your purpose as an artist so it is a short one sentence statement which will aid you in your funding process more than you can imagine. This first class is 2 hours online and usually 2 or 3 emails to get your goals and purpose clearly defined. In this class you learn what to do and when to do it to attract what you need. We also talk about funding and financing and how this manifesting process works to find money and make an “ask.” It’s all about making your film or creating your art or manifesting jobs that allow you to earn a great living as an artist. The Second class is to get an update on your status with manifesting your needs and it includes a 20 minute consultation with me to talk about what is working and what needs clarity. In this class we go into more ways that you can manifest your needs and I tell you some ways that work for me and for other artists. It takes time to get your mind to grasp these concepts, that’s why I like to teach two classes. In the first class you create your goals and purpose and begin to integrate them into your life and the second class you learn more ways to speed up the process and really get a sense of how to use this material and knowledge for financing. This class is for artists of all types: • filmmakers, • writers, • producers, • actors • cinematographers In fact, most people in the film industry can use these concepts to reach their full potential. You may not realize it but you are manifesting every day, the trick is to manifest what you want, not what you don’t want. This is nothing mysterious; it’s sensible, practical and actually supported by quantum physics! We are living at the time of the third greatest revolution in history, the digital revolution. Do you really think you would be here with all your talents at this time in history and not be able to create your art? Definitely not. It is simply a matter of setting goals and knowing how to achieve them. During this seminar you will: Create Three Clearly Defined Goals Make action lists Set time limits Recognize future negative planning Use a vision & a detailed plan Understand the power of communications Learn to recognize you inner voice Know that tenacity pays off Start creating the future you really want When you understand these ancient laws and use them with your goals and purpose as a filmmaker, you can manifest what you want by your focus, your conviction and your inner-knowing, all of which are fully explained. It is simply putting goals into an organized, concise, working system that is easy to integrate into your daily life. Once you begin to do this you become more confident in yourself and your future. Trust me; donors want to see your confidence in you. Remember, people give money to people, not to films or other art forms. When you know and can readily talk about your future and your goals you can close investors and donors much easier. Creating confidence in you and your projects are paramount to financing. Class one and class two are both two hours and include help with outlining your goals and creating your purpose and a 20 minute interview after class 2 to discuss financing.
